38 weeks pregnant 2cm dilated.

Hey ladies!! Just curious if anyone has any advice or info for me just had my 38 week check today and doc said I was 2 cm dilated!!.. my due date is November 1st.. I know everyone is different but does that mean baby could come at any time?!
