Cyberpowerpc how to change lights.

I recently purchased the SLC 7200 BST from best buy on 11/23 and since first boot I have yet to have any of the fans RGB lights turn on. I checked the wiring, downloaded the controller for the front strip light but have yet to get any answer as to why I cant get the fan lights to work. I want to get everything all on the same page, except for maybe one of the lights which already looks exactly as I want it to by default with one of the case presets.
