Dasher in app navigation not working.

Hi guys, I'm fairly new. Been dashing for a few weeks now. This week it just started happening that when I open my app to start dashing it'll show that it's not busy at all so I can't "Dash now". But when my husband opens his it's showing that it is busy and that there's even promos going on for that area. I'm so lost on why ...If you don't have that much it might not work. I had trouble with Google Pay and the card too - it only worked on 1 out of the 3 gas stations I tried. With the physical card I haven't had any trouble though.
