If you kill in one shot, I think it's not enough to proc Gyrfalcon's Hauberk because if you're in invis and fire, that first shot breaks your invis and shots after get volatile rounds. Try something else to break invis or just let it timeout, then fire. It should work. Or try it with something weaker like a sidearm or ...

Yes you have to use a grenade, so build into discipline, throw on armamentarium or hoil as a titan, throw on Nezarecs or Contraverse on as a WL, use a weapon with demolitionist, put double bomber into your class item, there are so many ways to have volatile rounds up frequently.UandB. Yeah, it's cool on a fusion/special but you don't really need a damage boost on a fusion, and an extra 6k per shot isn't that much compared to 6k every few shots on a primary. In GM's it's not really worth it and I've gone back to full CWL instead of elemental wells because they are just terrible in high end content. 4.

Its not Volatile Rounds problem, its Gambit - you gotta be really greedy for your kills, and bounties still heavily promote being greedy for anything. Granted, on Warlock your melee makes the target volatile too.
