They aren't target pistols. I think the Dagger's biggest pros are it's price, it's compatability with Glock parts and mags, and that PSA is making a wide variety of slide configurations to include RMR cuts. If you like Glock 19s then the Dagger will probably be good for you; it does feel less blocky than a real Glock 19.
What PSA dagger lower parts are compatible with Polymer80 and 80% arms frames. My Dagger compact slide is all PSA, but my stripped Dagger lower is all OEM Glock with an Overwatch Precision PolyDAT trigger shoe. Most of the parts will be compatible. The only lower parts that will not be are the pins and rails. The mag catch won't work either.
