On my LS430 it's on the driver's side rear axle just behind brakes. My symptoms were the AFS light would flash all the time independent of the AFS off switch setting.One video shows removing the AFS fuse, but the owner handbook does not have a fuse layout page. Another video showed the location of the AFS sensor, but I think that was for a GS350, so it may be in a different location on the RX400h.
