450C brake issue. by dmack856 » Sun Jul 22, 2012 10:58 am. I have a 450C dozer that I just replaced the left steering clutches and brake band. In trying to adjust the new brake band, I have run out of adjustment on the brake and it still does not hold as it should. I did take the brake assembly out to install the steering clutch.
