Dec 2, 2023 · This is a common problem when doing any kind of cooling system work on a jeep. The JK is well known for being difficult to get all the air out of the system. Often times taking multiple attempts. To start with I would open the radiator cap and make sure it is full, right up to the top. Then keep the overflow bottle level at least to the min line.
