Remove that bolt. Start filling the system from the cap under the seat. Have a drain pan under the front radiator to catch the fluid that is GOING to leak out-and also to catch the coolant that will be lost from the manifold bleeder (especially if doing it by yourself). Fill the system until coolant runs out of the radiator.

Yes there is an adjustment, - if it is "self adjusting", - you will have to pull the brake drum off and look at it, - you just turn the adjuster back about 1 or 2 turns, and then see how it "spins -- (after you have re-installed brake drum), and applied brakes once to "center the brake shoes"!

It could well be a clogged tank vent. If it is not the fuel tank vent that is stopping or slowing the fuel, then blow back through the fuel line that is connected to the pump. Clear any rust or debris in the tank from the fuel intake tube. If the problem remains check the pump itself by bypassing the fuel pump relay.
