With the 200 grain you'll probably be pretty close to that spot. With the 220s I like 12.6 grains as I found the accuracy degraded a bit as I pushed it a bit harder. 12.6 got me 1000 fps with the 220s and I was still subsonic up to a charge of 13.2. Hodgdon's reloading site shows 1680 fps for a 13.4 grain starting load with Lil' Gun (this is for a 180 gr. bullet). So, I will probably load a few at 10.0 grains and a few at 11.0 and see how they shoot. For the 220 gr. round, it says 8.4 grains is max @ 1062 fps. All these sites seem to be on the conservative side.
