Madden 23 face of franchise glitch.
Feb 20, 2023 · EA knows about this issue and has released a patch for it but it appears to have done nothing. Ive actually found a workaround for this issue, you need to use "manage saves" instead of using the "continue" option. Then you can go to your position of choice and load it manually and that stupid position change issue shouldnt occur.

Once I agree with the contract the team has offered, it kicks me off and sends me to the main menu.Once that was complete and I backed out to the menu within the "Face of the Franchise", it showed my players overall rank at 73 versus the 90 it was prior to me conducting the side activities. I have no skill points nor do I have the abilities I unlocked.
So.. Face of the Franchise is a glitchy mess.. the reason your stats/experience is saved is because that’s EA’s way of making up for the game breaking glitch. What’s this gamebreaking glitch? Say you create a HB. You start out. Play games. Get exp. Improve your HB.
