I got it from the end of Yura’s quest line. There should be a ruin on the southern part of Ahgeel lake with a campfire under, it should be there. Not the ruin IN the lake, on the edge of it. Head toward the jellyfish near murkwater cave if it's not by the bonfire. That's where I found it.

These have less bleed build up as they don't add bleed to a weapon, but far higher Arcane scaling. The result is that an inherent bleed weapon with Occult is going to do more damage on the same build with the same weapon but infused with bleed, while still having very similar levels of bleed because of the scaling being so much higher in arcane.The nagakiba has low damage in the katana class. It makes up for that with more reach and a really good charged attack poke. The River of blood max get a really good high damage. Around 520 maybe. But then you add in the blood weapon art and it becomes a beast. Rivers of blood dual is certainly way way stronger. 3.I have my dex at 75 and faith at 70. But it will work with lower too and is a crazy good build. Also use ancient frozen lightning spear and the regular lightning spear as my other incantations and it just melts the bosses. There are a few spots he moves to for his quest line. Check if he left the sword at any location you can meet him.
