The easy mode or "vanilla mode" is more difficult than the average Pokemon Rom. If you're looking for a vanilla ROM Hack with vanilla difficulty, Unbound isn't it. To give you an example, Unbound contains an Electric gym where the Pokemon there use permanent Levitate and cannot be hit by Ground type moves - and it's also a double battle.

Avalugg has only ice as weakness and a gret physical stat line up. Tain him for max HP and DEF and use curse+recover to wreck any physical mons. For the special oriented mons, you could either try to get a fast ghost, like gengar, or look for an ice type that can tank the shots. Cryagonal would probably work, but I don't know if you can get one ...
Strategy. In Sword version, Bea is the leader of Stow-on-Side Gym. Gym Leader Bea uses Fighting-types and has four Pokemon. A strong Fairy-typee will be your best bet, as it'll be 4x effective against Pangoro and 2x effective against everything else. Flying-type is always a solid choice against Fighting as well.
