Pti gate systems.
We updated our computer to windows 10. We bought and installed the needed software for PTI Falcon to work with Windows 10. Our version of Sitelink is also Win 10 compatible. The problem is that Sitelink cannot share the gate updates with PTI Falcon. Sitelink support says it's a PTI problem. PTI support says its the serial port adapter cable.
