Well WICO is pretty high in your load order, probably another mod editing the same npcs that is loaded beneath. Take note of where the WICO esps are right now in your load order for backup reference, then try moving the WICO esps to the bottom of your load order and see if the black faces are still there. #1.Go to your plugins.
