I think the only reported failure to secure a permit was Rocky Point Cantina/Havana Cabana Bar & Grill. they had a strict permit on the painting of the facade that wasn't allowed and when they came in to investigate and enforce they found even more work done prior to the show being there that was done without permit. Had the BEST time at Skully's!! We went there 3 times on our weekend trip to Rocky Point. The atmosphere was fun and friendly. The food was AMAZING and homemade! (props to the chef) Fully stocked bar- make sure to try some of their tequilas from the factory! The service was incredible. They'll take great care of you at Skully's.
