OP Stalker Build. I have a good build for the stalker: 6 points on regeneration, Max bullet speed, Max bullet pen, Max bullet damage and 6 points on reload. First max out bullet pen, damage and speed, than go for regeneration and reload. NOTE: It is best while upgrade bullet speed, pen and damage to have at least 1 point on regeneration and reload.
