I've had the same issues as you, some were able to reach 10 exfils, some stuck at 8, some stuck at 2, some stuck at 4. Somebody just posted a video showing off a few operators with 10 streaks, probably have to go in sequence. Yeahh true. I got rid of one of my 8s, we’ll see how it goes. Gives me something to work on anyways lol. Dismiss operator.

Strange they haven’t addressed it yet. But you can still cheese your streak by rage quitting before the elimination screen. They definitely need to fix that even before sending perks live. Streaks goes only to 10. That's what you're rewarded with perks. In the exfil streak menu it shows how many perks out of 10 you have earned but it also shows your highest number of exfil streaks without dying. Go in with a 0 streak operator. I suggest dismiss an operator and set to a new one just to be sure. Do a mission and exfil successfully with that. Go to your broken operator, and change their skin to something else. Infil, do mission, exfil and it should be incremented by one. This definitely fixed this for me. Exfil Streaks & Perks. First I would like to address the exfil streak. I like the fact that exfil streaks will affect the value of your dog tag. It's always nice when you kill a team and pick up a $25-$50k dog tag. It is a good addition to the game. What I don't understand is why people strive and work so hard towards getting an exfil streak.Yes, only on one of my ops tho. On one operator it's tracking normal, on another one exfils have stopped tracking (won't go past 7 despite completing contracts during deployment).
