Landline Phone Cracking & Popping. My landline phone cracks and pops when I hear the dial tone. I have had this issue months ago, a technician assisted me and it stopped for maybe a couple of days. I have restarted the modem and still can hear the cracking and popping. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
