Question about Enclave Flamer Mod farming. So I've been told that the vendor at watoga Shopping Plaza (Vendor Phoenix) and the vendor at the Watoga Station can both have a very low chance to have the Enclave Plasma Flamer Aligned Barrel Mod. I have gotten a few in the past via server hopping but only ever got them from vendor bot Phoenix.

The auto enclaves with the right mods are (or were recently) very highly prized. With the flamer now being a commando, a combo of an auto and a flamer could be very powerful indeed. As well as the three vendors, complete every dropped connection and cop a squatter you see - they each have a modest chance of dropping a fully modded enclave weapon.
Iceaxe0140 2 years ago #3. I just checked and the rifleman perks increase the damage on a plasma rifle with the flamer mod. I suppose it might depend on what attachments you have on it. I changed the flamer attachment to automatic barrel and the automatic rifle perks increased it's damage. I didn't see any attachment for an automatic flamer mod.

There is one flamer you can get as a legit world spawn. The other you have to photomode to get to if you have completed Fun and Games. The only legitimately accessible flamer spawn is at Quarry X3 between the main shed and the yellow generator/ pump thingy. The ideal situation is to have the Aligned Flamer Boxed mod and multiple EPRs with reflex sights. You can then roll the EPRs and only apply the box mod to the one with the best effects. There is a farming method for the Enclave Aligned Flamer mod but it requires fallout 1st, private server, and at least three characters.
