Atmosphere latest sigpatches.
Hekate should be 2 files, 'helate_ipl.ini' and 'patches.ini' in the bootloader folder. I would suggest to also install the Atmosphere sigpatches because you wouldn't be the first person injecting the fusee primary bootloader from Atmosphere instead of the Hekate payload.
Delete your atmosphere & sept folders on SD and put a new downloaded atmosphère uncompressed file to the SD root. Well I took the dive and updated my Switch to 17.0.0 yesterday alongside all of the latest stuff for it (sigpatches, Atmosphere 1.6.1, firmware 17.0.0 gotten from somewhere, MatterControl and other stuff). The update went through just fine, and it properly reads 17.0.0 alongside Atmosphere 1.6.1. However, I stumbled upon a really weird issue.

So I downloaded Atmosphere 1.6.2, Firmware 17.0 and the latest sigpatches. Installed the firmware using Daybreak as usual. Everything was fine. Upon rebooting my switch using Tegra and going into my Custom Firmware, after 5-10 seconds, I get the screen and message seen below. This has never happened before.
