Advice. I went into my settings>apps>Dasher direct>storage>clear cache. I uninstalled the app. I restarted my phone. I re-downloaded the app & signed back in. The app & my card seem to be ok now. The purpose of top dasher is to persuade dashers to take low paying orders without paying the dasher anything extra (there's no direct financial incentive, like a monthly bonus or an extra $1-2 per delivery). It's really not worth lowering your standards. Went to my dasher direct app to transfer some to my savings. Everything went smoothly. After my next dash, I tried to do the same thing (I always make my account an even dollar amount and put the rest in my goal account), only this time it keeps saying there is a problem with my request.
