Today, we focus specifically on wood residuals: chips, bark, shavings, and wood pellets. We service the forestry industry in the Carolinas and Virginia. Not sure what its like to work there now. Its was once a premier outfit to work, good pay, 401k, good equipment, and steady work. Its a family owned company that's been in business 50 plus years. You will burn through your entire weekly cycle 70hrs and make barely over $1000. You have to be very lucky to make over 60k yearly. Entry level drivers are being forced to sign a contract that locks you into working for them for a year or owe them $7800 they are not paying for your CDL. Equipment is very poor quality.
