I know I connected everything correctly, double and tripled checked everything. There are three issues that I am having. 1. I have no power to the controller.swapped the setup from 1 s10 blazer to another. marked every wire and wired to new truck exactly the same. now plow will not work. started troubleshooting flow chart from fisher online. did motor test works ok (worked on other truck). did relay (solinoid) test and that test ok. tried harness test in cab 6 pin connector jump #1 red wire to #4 ...Pre-season Fisher Snowplow Maintenance. The plow has been acting up pretty much since I bought it lightly used just over a year ago. Initially the hand held controller would shut off continuously some storms when any of the function buttons were pressed.swapped plow from 05 to 07 chevy//ultra mount/iso box green sticker. new solenoid. swap seemed pretty easy,but getting no power to controller. power at red wire fuse box tap. 2 fuses have power near iso box in and out. black orange wire that ground system good. hot to batt side of solenoid good. i even grounded solenoid and that changed nothing.Worst case, the plow won't operate the way it should and you have to re configure once you get it up and running. Both wires control valves only, so no threat of damage or inoperability (is that word?).
