id lose the d hasta for the keris tbh. the dds and keris are the only melee i bring for sub 150. you also would need the dwh its a waste of space and the pick ax needs to be stored in the ahka room id also consider a b ring over a suffering. defense means very little on this raid but max hit for melee is the single most important thing

Maxed combat stats, slayer task, super combat potion, and welfare gear (fury, Karils, dragon boots and fire cape). This thing can probably get wild.
