At least mine does. I always start it in Normal mode but I was messing around a few times and started it in N mode.Flooring the pedal would yield in a down shift and a massive spike in RPM. But no power. Like 3500-4000 rpm, and 20-30 seconds to climb from 55-60 miles per hour. Letting off the throttle does not resolve. Only stopping, parking and shutting engine off resets condition. They told me everything was good on the canister. Prior to the recall I had a check engine light for an EVAP leak and just cleared it to see if it would come back. About a week after the bracket replacement it did come back.
