The more load (heavier grass) the more it screeches. Material on cone is in good shape and not badly worn. Anyone have any ideas or tips on adjusting so it full engages?

If I designed it the crank stub would stick down to below the pto sheave. Then just a short bolt to hold the clutch and TD sheave up against the crank shoulder.
