But it failed to eject the spent case and pull a new loaded shell from the magazine. I bought my JRA at Classic Firearms and when I called the for an RMA they put me in touch with Bula Defense.

I just looked to see for myself and both the M14 TRW IDF RIFLE RARE RIFLE 7.62X51 (#622468330) and the M 14 M1A forged receiver USA TRW (#621568519) are the same serial number on the same receiver manufacturer. JRA's initial M14 production used LRB marked receivers with surplus USGI kits and then moved on to 7.62mm marked receivers to save money. AS long as the original firearm receiver has been properly "destroyed" it is now just a piece of metal..
