I have two batteries that are behaving this way. I have a 4amphr and a 2amphr that show a solid green light when I put them on the charger, but the indicators on the batteries show less than 4 bars when I press the button. I have two chargers models: KRC 2445-03 & KRC 2490-03, and they do the same leading me to believe it's the batteries.
