Bought a brand new LG 40 Ultrawide, connected to a Mac Studio with the supplied thunderbolt cable. Running at 72Hertz, Scaled at 3840x1620. Monitor is big and beautiful, but I am getting intermittent flickering and image burn in, along with vertical lines/barndoor effect. This happens for a bit, and then stops or improves. So I have two LG monitors connected to a Mac Mini using HDMI cables. The monitor with the issue is the ultrawide. It’s the LG 34GP83A-B (3440x1440) and this is the second I have had this screen flickering issue. The first time was about a month ago and what I did to fix it was just turn overclock off and back on for the monitor.
