Hello, I work at TX Roadhouse and I thought we all get paid the same but apparently not. I get paid $4 something an hour, but only took the job because I was told I would also get paid with a certain percentage of the sales they made. I then found out that another coworker does the same job as me but for $14 an hour. Thanks so much. Yes what state do you live in, a lot of the laws and regulations when it comes to tip pools comes down to state laws. The owner is the only one who manages the tip pool and no one has a breakdown of how it works. Anyone who has asked has gotten fired or forced to quit shortly thereafter.

On top you get NO BREAKS; although you can get free food if you ask for it between the hours of 8a-9a and 1p-2p Monday to Friday. Saturday is tough and Sundays you don't get food.
