It's coming. California has by far the most brutal bar exam, 2.5 days and like a 50% pass rate, I’m sure they have been howling about the inequity of it all for some time. That said the bar exam in most states is pretty easy, California is the only state where failing the bar exam the first time isn’t shameful.
