As of February 17, 2022, USCIS has been transferring all employment-based I-485 cases (except 4th pref) from Nebraska and Texas to the National Benefits Center (NBC). Recently, we have noticed an increase in transfer notifications, and as a result, all of our pending concurrent filings from October 2020 have been either transferred or approved.
