International parked regen not working.

I am working on a ISX cm871 and trying to do a parked regen with insite my problem is that it will not turn on the doser injector. I already cleaned it before I even tried the regen and have replaced the exhaust gas pressure sensor and the boost pressure sensor it still ... It will also automatically do a parked regeneration. I have noticed at about 6 hours Idle time it will regen. So usually it does one or two times during a 34 hour reset. If I'm just taking usual 10 hour break not needed. It only take about 20 minutes to Regen vs older trucks taking 45 minutes.The 10-minute regen timer is just a notification that a parked regen needs to occur. I finally figured the least time consuming and diesel usage was to put it in parked regen when ever soot level reaches mid 70%.( Tractor regen occurs at 77% - 78%) Usually takes 30 - 40 minutes and done to get to 0% soot with parked regen. Recently recieved a regen in process exhaust 100% full.... i promptly drove to the highway and traveled around 35-40 miles 70mph at 1500-2000 rpms. The notification never went off and is still at 100%. Drove it home and parked. Today the notification is still active.After that you need to make sure that the truck is in neutral.
