In November 2021 I ordered a heavy piece of furniture from Walmart. The box arrived damaged, and the item had these weird stains on the fabric. (Judging from reviews on the website, this was not an isolated incident for this item). I took photos of the box and stains. I immediately chatted with a Walmart CSR through their website.
