It has some sort of motion sensor. The "low oil" alarm is for when the oil resevoir is low. I would immediately mix the fuel to 50::1, in case the no oil alarm is accurate, until you fix the motor. Pouring this over the rust should help people in softening the layers. These can then be easily removed by scrubbing them lightly. Having clean connection points should fix the sparking issues with your motor unit. The "R" in number indicates that they are resistor plugs, which are unsuitable for OMC ignition systems.
