Has anyone successfully gotten a refund from JustFly? I just cancelled my flight within 24 hours. I did it online, swallowed the $150 "cancellation fee" and even called them to confirm. The agent I spoke to said I would get a refund within 2-10 business days but I am nervous now due to all these reviews. Never booking through a third-party again.I set up an account with Justfly. Asked for the notification of when airfare prices changed. I get a notification with a reasonable fare. I click on details and the price jumped over $100 above the notification price.
