The R in RNG is the true villain here. I only ever get Acosta backpacks, at least it is a source for exotic components so not a complete waste. The only way I managed to get a Memento was a friendly agent dropped one for me while we were running a Heroic Backpack targeted mission.Backpack Target Loot is the best way to get it. Countdown with targeted loot set to backpacks. Also use your countdown credits to purchase exotic caches. Double up. Weekly donation and summit projects give you an exotic cache each. The bonus armour from memento is not reliable, lasts 10 sec and requires a kill. So it’s worse at synergizing with intimidate, compared to adrenaline rush. However, if you can get full stacks on it, then you don’t need intimidate on chest and can roll another talent. It often comes down to difficulty.
