I recommend using maps.ucsd.edu Interactive map of campus, there’s a way finding option that estimates time it takes to walk between places. The thing is it doesn’t show Mosaic Hall on the maps.

The only exception from your list is MOS which is a new building. But for that (and all of these codes pretty much) Google usually works. If you Google UCSD MOS and scroll past the medical stuff you get a bunch of Reddit threads saying MOS is Mosaic. You can find Mosaic on the new maps (not the same as webreg's map) at maps.ucsd.edu.Browse by Category « Printable Comments

Usually if a building is less than 10 stories tall, the first number will be the floor, and if it's 10 stories or higher it'll be the first two numbers are the floor. So APM 2400 would be on the 2nd floor because APM is less than 10 stories, but MOS 1200 would be on the 12th floor since it's taller than 10 stories. So MOS 0204 is floor 2. 4.
