As Calvin said, drain the oil so the area will be a bit cleaner and you're not fighting the oil trying to escape. Clean up the outside of the hole carefully for better holding and seal. Keep filling that chamber with epoxy. And maybe drop a few washers in there for good luck. Put the big nut back on, with epoxy, as well. That will almost completely make the valve a bypass. When i started putting these with the injectors on to the motor, the fuel filter bracket was just a tad bit in the way.I did a manual swap on my 89. Your 91 is like my 89, not sure if the pedals will swap. I know 1986-dwn will not swap. I used a 89 donor. The driveshaft was different. I could have used my auto driveshaft, but the 5 speed shaft was thicker and had larger u-joints. I had to swap the yoke on the rearend so the u-joint would fit.
