Ooma is blinking red.

I just installed ooma, waited more than a half hour, and the red light won't stop blinking. Since then, we are having to reboot the Telo several times throughout the day. There are no known issues with our Internet service which is through Time Warner Cable.

I just noticed tonight that my base station light is alternating between red and blue, about a second or two between each color. Any idea what this means? All services are running and nothing has changed with my network. I am connected on wifi. Also using a HD3 handset along with the security, a bunch of door and water sensors, 1 siren.
