I like UofI for the most part, but the food is garbage and I've spoken to management about things like raw chicken multiple times. I've gotten food poisoning several times. I also have had many issues with maintenance requests. My heater was broken in the middle of winter, and I had to file 4 service requests over several months to get it fixed.

Attending this university turned out to be an incredibly negative experience, primarily because of the subpar professors and the university's relentless attempts to extract money from students at every turn. I genuinely regret my decision to enroll in this school and would strongly advise anyone considering it to think twice.
