However, I checked “Verify integrity of game files” and found that “1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired” I don’t know if this is the reason but anyway, I didn’t get how to solve this issue.

Try the Verify Cache on other games you have, and you'll see the same thing: 1 file failed to validate. Either that 1 file cannot be fixed by validation, or it is a file meant to always show up as failing validation. I'll crash, then when I validate files, it always says theres 2 that need to be reacquired. Im not sure if it's due to crossplay or what, but I can play solo for as long as I like. When Im in a group I can only get about 2 rounds in before I hard crash again.
