I like sword far more than any other weapon but splitstaff imo is the best for yokai. Odachi is the best against humans. Kusa and axe are also great against yokais. And i agree with the odachi. The Odachi was a dlc weapon in Nioh 1 and it benefits the same stat as Axe does. You could totally replace Axe with Odachi for faster, stronger, and wider range of attack. As for the Fists, I could totally throw Kusarigama out of the window. Odachi have Bolting Boar to counter Yokai attacks. If you have both, you can be prepared for almost anything. In terms of damage, they both hits hard and fast. Odachi's waking winds and sunset breeze works almost the same like SwitchGlaive switch stance.
