It is a miracle the items were still in the box on arrival. This is also an issue I am reading of a lot. There needs to be more quality control. It is time to step up, Mattel. 1. 1.

The flip side is if you buy things in stock and things in pre-order at the same time with the same account, they'll make 2 or even 3 shipments but won't charge you more for it.
