However, I can't find any explanations for this system past the initial release of 1.1. I've gotten the initial neuroformer but I can't level up my psylink to cast better spells. Mr. Fission is correct. You only get 1 psylink neuroformer, but you can go from a level 1 neuroformer directly to level 5 now, you don't need 4 psyamps like you needed to in the original release of Royalty. You can be given a Level 5 Neuroformer that jumps you right to that level.
