Feb 29th, 2024. UCR gets a bad rap primarily because of its location. But honestly, the school is not as bad as people make it out to be. The university is spending a lot of money to up its campus and create new buildings. In my opinion, given a few years, the university will rank a lot higher than it does right now. Midterm and exams are fair because they are related to lectures. Worst part is the prof (leduc) who puts up a 50 min bore fest every lecture. If you go to lectures and dont pay attention the whole time, fine and very understandable. But make sure to copy down the examples he does because they usually end up on midterms/exams.Jan 10th, 2024.
