Classic SMIM is more of a clutter mesh overhaul than texture, if you want 3D-like barrels, chests, ropes, etc then you can use it. Myriad isn't really a SMIM though, it's mainly a clutter texture overhaul meant to work with vanilla meshes only, so Classical (Full) SMIM is incompatible with it.
