I have a Md registered boat, but I buy my sport boat license from Va because it is cheaper $38 vs $40 (soon to be $50)and it is reciprocal, I can fish anywhere in Md that my md sport boat license allows and Va does not limit the # of sport boat licenses that I can buy.My father bought (2) Poke boats about 14 years ago from Ark. For those not familiar with a Poke boat, Its a hybrid between a canoe and a kayak. Fiberglass, kayak length with the longer canoe opening. Very good for floating the rivers.
