so my Fios box has a solid white light and solid red light. The picture on the TV will pause for 3-4 seconds then restart the program past where it paused. this only happens after 6pm. i unplugged the router and replugged it in still occurring. Red light means something scheduled to record is recording, but sounds like the hard drive is going bad.
